X-Press Legal Franchisee recognised nationally for business success

Linda Mannion has been recognised nationally as a winner of the Great British Franchisee Awards for the success she has achieved with her business. Linda’s company, X-Press Legal Services Wiltshire, South Gloucestershire and Swindon, which provides expert property search reports to the conveyancing sector, has just recorded one of it’s best years on record.
The Great British Franchisee Awards recognise franchisees’ exceptional performance and business experience, ability to drive business growth, staff retention, customer satisfaction, community involvement, inspired leadership, and franchise involvement- all things Linda was recognised for.
Linda has been running her business for 15 years and manages a team of 7 staff members. Prior to launching her X-Press business, Linda had years of experience in banking, as well as running a local post office with her husband.
Linda and her team are always there to support the local conveyancing market, especially throughout the recent Stamp Duty Holiday where Linda outsourced a member of her team to the local land charges department, helping them to catch up on a huge backlog in search turnaround times.
She has been recognised for consistently going above and beyond, not only to help boost the success and growth of her own business, but to help the X-Press network more widely- consisting of 28 offices across England and Wales.

I have seen my son follow me into the business and he now runs his own office which makes me immensely proud. Everyone at our Head Office has provided huge support, the network really is like an extended family, all working together, helping one another and sharing best practice.”
