Floozie Cookies is a delicious stuffed cookie concept by pastry chef Kimberly Lin, formerly of Claridge’s and Dominique Ansel Bakery. All of the cookies are handmade and 100% vegan with a range of 7 cookies and a rotating monthly special.

Cookies include popular flavours such as Pecan Pie, Cinnamon Crunch and Peanut Butter & Jam - a gluten free peanut butter cookie that contains homemade raspberry jam. The cookies are served alongside accompanying indulgent plant-based shakes and hot chocolates.

Our brand stands for high quality, high flavour, Instagrammable vegan stuffed cookies that are freshly prepared by highly trained chefs in a central kitchen on a daily basis and shipped out to our locations to be freshly baked direct for the customer. Ensuring we provide our customers with the freshest cookies possible. Our brand design is easily recognisable, attractive, and modern.

We opened our first store in Covent Garden during the pandemic and have since expanded to Dubai, Saudi and had a pop up at Harrods, London,  with the newest addition in Cheshire Oaks. Despite only opening in December 2020, we’ve been overwhelmed by the response, and have seen tremendous growth with shops planned across the rest of the GCC and the USA, and nationwide locations now available in the UK.

The Market

Global demand for cookies is on the rise, and consumers are always looking to try unique concepts. The global cookie market size has an estimated value of USD 44 billion by 2025 and is growing at a rate of 5.3% per annum (Grand View Research Inc, 2019).

As the UK’s first and only vegan stuffed cookie brand, we believe our cookies can be enjoyed by anyone.

There are an estimated 1.1M more vegans in the UK every year (Finder, 2024), with more and more people opting for plant based versions of their favourite foods. With a growing awareness around planetary sustainability, personal health benefits and the ethical treatment of animals, this figure isn’t set to slow down any time soon. At Floozie, our mission is to bake the most delicious vegan stuffed cookies to be enjoyed by everyone, in a fun, playful and light-hearted way, providing moments of joy with every bite.

The Franchise Opportunity

WE OFFER 3 FORMATS:

  • Shop: store with full kitchen (approx 92sqm)
  • Kiosk/Counter: store with finishing kitchen (approx 55sqm)
  • Mobile Unit: van style pop up

We will assist with the process of sourcing a location and opening your store.  Our sister company TGP International has an experienced team that can help to:

  • Plan the fit out and preparation of the premises
  • Organise and coordinate initial marketing
  • Assist with training of you and your staff
  • Helping with the operations

We will also provide training for you and your front of house staff, giving them the required skills they need to do their job to the best of their ability. This training will cover customer service, health and safety, and how to ensure all our menu items are consistently made to the highest standard.

Funding your store

The overall investment depends on the type of outlet (van, kiosk, shop), and can range from £75k – £150k in total, including personal funds, leasing and bank funding.  We also offer a HSBC partnership for franchisees.

Financial Example:

If the total project cost was £100,000 the franchisee would need £30,000 of liquid funds. The equipment needed would be leased for £40,000. The franchisee would then go to the bank and ask them to provide a loan excluding the lease amount up to 50% of the project so in turn lending £30,000.

The franchisee would then have £100,000 available to them for the project. Lease Finance would be used to finance certain assets. Equipment is classed as an asset so the total cost of the kitchen equipment can be financed via this method. This will reduce the upfront cost in return for a monthly lease payment
