Use your transferable life or business skills to build a children’s activity business with recurring revenue

At First Gymnastics we organise weekly gymnastics classes and holiday camps for girls and boys aged 4 to 12. Classes and camps take place at venues, including local schools and sports centres.

We want children to progress in more ways than just Gymnastics. We want participants to be happy and active - to work in pairs and teams and to grow in confidence. To move forward, step-by-step, following our ethos. And always, to enjoy what they do with a smile on their faces.

“Once-upon-a-time, I was a Gymnast representing my region at national events. Then real-life took over, meaning university and a career in marketing with various blue-chip retailers.

Fast-forward …. with children of my own attending various after school activities, it got me thinking about my own adventures in gymnastics. The skills that I had gained, the characteristics enriched and most of all, the fun that I had.

And that lead to the development of First Gymnastics. We are already successfully operating across Cheshire, Manchester, Wirral, Merseyside and Hertfordshire. We are now looking for Franchise Partners in other parts of the UK to share in our success.”

Our franchise opportunity

Our franchisees look after the business side of things e.g. sourcing new venues, establishing new events, reaching out to new gymnastic coaches or executing some marketing via social media.

And qualified gymnastics coaches, who you recruit, look after the gymnastics.

Parents and guardians ‘sign up’ via a monthly subscription. Monthly subscriptions mean recurring revenue streams thereby boosting the predictability of your cash-flow. And with three classes - Mini, Midi and Maxi - this extends the subscription lifecycle - and that’s good for business!

Setting up your business

We’ll help you assess and reach out venues in your territory - finding the most suitable ones for your First Gymnastics events. At the same time, we’ll help you recruit local coaches who will teach the gymnastics.

Next, we’ll help you launch your events using the First Gymnastics promotional tool-kit.

After your event is launched, we’ll help you to optimise class numbers - but always within the safe and permitted limits.

With the event up and running - it moves into a maintenance cycle. An event Leader may substitute for your attendance every week.

You’re then ready to ‘push on’ and find your next venue and launch your next event - building regular monthly subscriptions.
