Lloyd Stubbs has purchased the practice at 25 Outer Circle Road in Lincoln from Paul and Denise Simpson.

Lloyd Stubbs, an experienced accountant and owner of TaxAssist Accountants in Grantham and Newark, has expanded his practice with the acquisition of TaxAssist Accountants Lincoln.

Paul Simpson will continue to run his TaxAssist Accountants practices in Market Harborough, Lutterworth, and Blaby.

“The team at the Lincoln shop will remain unchanged and clients will see a smooth transition, continuing to benefit from all that TaxAssist Accountants has to offer,” said Lloyd. “This includes accountancy services, tax returns, payroll, bookkeeping, tax savings and tax advice, as well as advisory services.

“Having run my successful practice in Grantham for many years, I am well versed in the tax and advisory needs of businesses and individuals in Lincolnshire. I’m looking forward to growing the practice further, getting to know clients, and continuing to provide the first-class service businesses and individual taxpayers have come to expect from TaxAssist Accountants Lincoln.”

Paul Simpson commented: “Lloyd brings with him a wealth of experience, and we have every confidence that he is the ideal person to lead the way into the future.”
