Franchise Resales Limited launches a Consultancy Service
Franchise Resales Limited, which provides structured resales systems for Franchisors and their Franchisees, has launched a Consultancy Service in addition to their portfolio of services available to the UK Franchise Industry.
Speaking at The Franchise Show Conference at the ExCel Centre, Derrick
Simpson Managing Partner of Franchise Resales Ltd said, “Since the launch of Franchise Resales nearly two years ago we have often been asked to advise franchisors on aspects of their businesses in addition to our structured resales processes.
Now as all businesses feel the pinch of the economic climate we believe it is right to allow franchisors to be able to draw on the wider experience of the Franchise Resales Team in addition to utilising our effective resales system.
We have launched our FR Consultancy Service to be able to provide a bespoke practical service to established franchisors seeking to re-energise their operations and provide a health check on the state of their franchisees.
Drawing on many years of “front line” senior management experience the FR Consultancy Service will enable franchisors to have an external objective assessment of their franchise, benchmarking franchisees performance and proposing structured growth solutions.
Most existing franchise consultancy services focus on new franchisors and start-up processes and, vital as these services are to launch new franchisors correctly, we believe the more mature, established franchised networks equally need to be able to draw on experienced external advice tailored to their own specific requirements.”
Summing up, Simpson concluded, “At a time of economic constraints all franchisors need to ensure their networks are working at optimum efficiency for the benefit of not only their own operations but also their individual franchisees – we believe the FR Consultancy Service will provide the facility for this to be achieved in an efficient cost effective manner”
