Equas SmartPro Ltd has been commissioned to design and implement an ISO 9001:2008 UKAS Certified Quality Management System for the national provider of local home-based care and support, Carewatch. The new system is being developed for Carewatch utilising ISO Activ, a totally secure web-hosted management system that works on any internet browser.

 

The new ISOActiv system was demonstrated earlier this month at the annual Carewatch conference to an enthusiastic audience of 80 company staff and franchisees.

Once completed and launched at the beginning of 2010, the Carewatch ISOActiv Quality Management System will become a central management tool accessible at all times and from any location to all 160 company-owned and franchised offices throughout the UK.
