Belvoir franchise to hold open day
Belvoir was recently voted Best Lettings Agency Franchise of the Year at the Lettings Agency of the Year Awards 2010 in association with The Sunday Times & The Times. However, deciding on which route to take within franchising can be a daunting experience that requires a lot of thought. With this in mind Belvoir is holding a Discovery Day on Friday 30/07/10 to assist potential Franchise Owners with their decision process.
What will happen on the day?
The session will consist of a short power point presentation, which will give you a general overview of Belvoir as a business, the lettings industry in the current climate, and the opportunities that are available, along with an understanding of how a Belvoir Franchise can provide a stable income with a long term asset value.
HSBC will also be giving a brief talk, providing you with an introduction to HSBC, and why banks like/support Franchising and what the banks look for when lending. This will be followed by a question and answer session, giving you the chance to fully explore our franchising opportunity. You will also have the opportunity to meet with existing Franchise Owners, and have a chance to discuss on a one-to-one basis your individual questions.
Our current Franchise Owners have joined Belvoir from a variety of backgrounds; however, background and work history is of lesser importance. The key requirements to succeed are based on personal values, a strong commitment to deliver a high level of customer service, in a friendly yet professional manner.
