The UK’s number one letting agent, Martin & Co exhibited at The Scottish Landlord Exhibition on Tuesday 9th November at the Dynamic Earth in Edinburgh. With Christmas fast approaching Martin & Co wanted to make it even more special for you. Not only did visitors to the exhibition receive expert advice from our well-trained staff they also had the chance to win some great prizes. Martin & Co held two fantastic competitions, the first being ‘Guess the number of balloons’. A Martin & Co branded vehicle was filled with helium balloons, if you guessed the correct number you won a magnum of champagne. What better way to celebrate Christmas than a FREE bottle of champagne.

 

The second competition was a balloon race; a member of the Martin & Co team released all the balloons from the vehicle. Attached to each balloon was a label directing the finder to call Martin & Co and register the post code location of where they found it. On Tuesday 16th November, a winner will be announced from those that have called in; the balloon which is found farthest away will win £100 cash prize – perfect for Christmas shopping!

 

The exhibition was a great way for landlords to meet with a number of Martin & Co offices who operate in Scotland. The competition was ran by Emily Eaton from the Edinburgh office; Martin & Co Edinburgh has only been open a short period of time and already has tenants ready and waiting to move in to their properties. All other Martin & Co offices that operate in Scotland were represented at the exhibition.
