The UK’s number one letting agent, Martin & Co has continued to push for further success by promoting Head Office member of staff, Dean Gill. After only being with the thriving agent for twelve months, Dean has now been promoted to the Head of Training. The new role is a fantastic achievement for Dean. The promotion just goes to show Martin & Co are not holding back like many other letting agents.

 

Dean who is no stranger to the property industry, having over twenty years experience has been promoted in the new role and will work alongside Iain Chadwick who is Head of IT Systems Training. The pair will complement each other and continue to deliver great beneficial training courses to the Martin & Co network. Also part of the training academy is Suzanne Roycroft, Training Academy Manager and Charlotte Martines, Training Academy Assistant.

 

Martin & Co Managing Director, Ian Wilson commented, “Dean has impressed us all and as we are growing so rapidly as a company we feel that we need an individual who is Head of Training, he is perfect for this and we know he will continue to impress.
