Martin & Co franchise expand in the Capital
Forget the north-south divide. The line that separates the east and west of London is far further than the river Thames and within the property industry is a contrasting one. Martin & Co has expanded its London presence with two new offices at opposite ends of the city.
Ranging from the vibrant, exclusive and exciting vicinity in Belgravia to Stratford an ideal location to commute to the city and a prime location for the fast approaching London 2012 Olympics, the Martin & Co London brand is set to make a huge impact in the Capital.
Down to the ongoing development of the Martin & Co London brand, the two agencies will offer a dedicated letting service for landlords and tenants. The UK’s largest letting agency will open its doors to a new blue and white office in Belgravia and have welcomed its new franchise owner in Stratford.
Local businessman, David Sime is the Franchise Owner of the new Belgravia office. His most recent experience lies within the financial sector, however having worked in the property market before he is no stranger to the way the industry works. Keen to build presence in Belgravia, David wants to tackle this unique vicinity, arguably the most valuable and challenging real estate market in the world. Both David and the office’s Lettings Manager, Juliet Robinson have broad knowledge of Knightsbridge and Belgravia which gives the pair an understanding of the requirements of landlords and tenants alike, and has historically provided returns and growth for Landlords which have been second to none.
Keen to be a major player in Stratford, Rajesh wants to tackle the challenging market which the capital offers. He commented, “It’s a fierce market in London but that does not faze me, and the returns that have historically been on offer to Landlords are tremendously exciting. I’m familiar with the local area and I’m looking forward to getting started. He added, “The lettings industry is fast-moving which really appeals to me, I like the way business works;” His most recent experience lies within the banking sector, to which he took various roles in for a number of years. Property has always been of interest to Rajesh and he felt it was the time to pursue a new career path. Taking over the Martin & Co Stratford office was the opportunity he’d been looking for.
