Belvoir franchise shortlisted for three prestigious Negotiator awards
Belvoir Lettings is proud to announce that it has been shortlisted in three categories at the prestigious Negotiator Awards 2011.
The Negotiator Awards, hosted by the leading residential agency magazine, The Negotiator, is the only industry ceremony is designed to reward and celebrate industry excellence and promote best practice.
Marketing manager, Reena Patel says: “We are delighted that Belvoir has been shortlisted for Franchise of the Year, which is a new category for 2011. In addition Belvoir MD Dorian Gonsalves has been shortlisted for Business Leader of the Year and Luke Mason of Belvoir Hitchin has been shortlisted for Rising Star of the Year. We wish them many congratulations for their achievements and have our fingers crossed for success in November.
“The Negotiator Awards celebrate the sector’s entrepreneurialism, innovation and business acumen. Achieving finalist status for such high profile industry awards is a credit to the entire Belvoir team.”
The results of this year’s Negotiator awards will be announced at a glittering black-tie ceremony on Wednesday 9th November at London’s Hilton Hotel, Park Lane.
2011 is proving extremely successful for Belvoir, which has already won several high profile awards, including the bfa Brand Builder of the Year, the FMA Best Marketing Campaign of the Year and Silver Award for best Franchise at the Lettings Agency of the Year Awards 2011 in association with The Sunday Times and The Times.
