Driver Hire franchise wins 2011 BFA HSBC franchisee of the year award
Lorraine Thompson of Driver Hire in Oxford was last night crowned the region’s 2011 bfa HSBC Franchisee of the Year, supported by Express Newspapers.
One of 14 exceptional finalists, Ms Thompson runs a successful driver recruitment consultancy business across Oxfordshire. She was praised for her commitment to setting standards in best practice and increasing her service offerings which has seen her business grow to include both training and catering recruitment. Ms Thompson was also recognised for her partnership with the local prison to offer training and employment opportunities.
Ms Thompson commented on winning the title: “This award is great recognition for the whole team of how far we have come over the past years. Our long standing staff have worked extremely hard to successfully implement the new services we are able to offer our clients and this award will be a great morale boost for further initiatives.”
