Martin & Co shortlisted for 'Franchise of the Year' at Negotiator Awards 2012
Martin & Co the letting and property management franchise business has been shortlisted for Franchise of the Year at The Negotiators Awards 2012 for the second time, having won the title in 2011.
The former letting specialist franchise has recently entered the Sales arena with a zero commission sales model that threatens to challenge traditional estate agency. Martin & Co will be among a handful of the UK’s foremost sales and letting agents competing in the finals taking place later in October. The awards were launched in 2008 with the purpose to identify, reward and celebrate industry excellence and promote best practice.
In recent years, Martin & Co has been no stranger to industry awards; the national franchise business has been recognised as the Best Large Letting Chain 4 years in a row, scooping Gold in 2009 and 2012 and Silver in 2010 and 2011. (ESTAS).
Joining in the awards success were a number of the Martin & Co franchise businesses who were awarded regional category awards including, Glasgow Shawlands, Saltaire, Haywards Heath & Burgess Hill who all scooped gold awards and; Shrewsbury, Norwich and Oxford following closely with silver.
In a highly competitive market, recognition in the industry is fundamental. Being able to identify and demonstrate success is how Martin & Co have succeeded in recent years. This objective is still at the forefront of day to day business within the franchise network and the brand intends to continue on the same path of success.
The results will be announced on Wednesday 24th October at the lavish Hilton Hotel, Park Lane, London.
