Home Instead CEO meets His Royal Highness, The Prince of Wales
The Prince of Wales made a visit to Liverpool recently and one of his duties included re-opening ‘The Florrie’ where he unveiled a plaque to mark its restoration to a multi-use venue for the area.
During his visit the Prince of Wales took time out to visit the Dementia Campaign Launch event which was being held at the centre. The event organised by Age Concern Liverpool and Sefton was held to launch Dementia Year in Liverpool.
Trevor Brocklebank, CEO and co-founder of dementia experts Home Instead Senior Care, who were launching their new dementia training at the event, was presented to His Royal Highness, The Prince of Wales during his tour.
Trevor commented, “It was wonderful to meet The Prince of Wales at the event and to see how interested he was in what we are doing and in particular how we are trying to help people affected by dementia.”
