DOMINO'S PIZZA APPOINTS NEW OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Domino's Pizza UK & Ireland, the leading pizza delivery company, has appointed Patricia Thomas to the newly created role of Operations Director.
Patricia joined Domino's Pizza in the USA in Operations 15 years ago. She became National Vice President of Learning and Development before broadening her experience as Vice President of Distribution Operations, responsible for nine commissaries and 700 staff.
At Domino's Pizza Group, Patricia will lead the Operations department in supporting the company's 152 franchisees and 407 franchised and joint venture stores in the UK and Ireland. Specifically, she will drive programmes to maintain high standards of product, service, image and team member safety through training and store audits, as well as helping franchisees to recruit and retain more in-store team members.
Commenting on Patricia's new role at Domino's Pizza UK & Ireland Chief Operating Officer Chris Moore said; "In a system which is expanding at such a rapid pace, there has never been a greater need to focus on our operations. Patricia and her team will help our franchisees and their store teams to consistently deliver delicious, high quality pizza and outstanding service to customers. I am also excited by Patricia's ideas to reinforce our reputation as a great place to work and her plans to help us recruit more people to work in a growing number of stores."

Patricia's appointment is effective immediately and she will report directly to Chief Operating Officer Chris Moore.
