Dream Doors announces an unprecedented 10 showroom openings within the first quarter of 2018

Kitchen industry leader, Dream Doors, is expecting an unprecedented 10 showroom openings before the end of the first quarter of 2018. This is a huge milestone for the kitchen replacement door franchise which, in a previous record, had achieved just above that number of showroom launches in a single year.

Dream Doors founder and managing director, Troy Tappenden, who opened the brand’s first showroom 15 years ago, had this to say:

“This progress is phenomenal as, believe me, the effort it takes to source, kit-out and open 10 new showrooms within such a short time is staggering.

“Dream Doors continues to grow annually, and we’re making record-breaking strides already going into next year. Yet our dedication to improving the experience of both our franchisees and customers hasn’t wavered since day one. These openings are positive results yielded from this mindset. We’re looking forward to what the future has in store for the business and an even greater number of openings in 2019!”

This surge of new franchisee starters and showroom openings can be attributed to the Dream Doors’ prevailing ethos: to focus on the customer journey – the results of which can be found by reading the company’s online Checkatrade scores – and to recruit, train and support only the best franchisee candidates. New franchisee applicants are also drawn to the brand’s standing in the franchise industry, documented widely in the press and through 14 awards won for its marketing, ethical recruitment process and in-demand consumer offering.

Dream Doors primarily deals with replacement kitchen doors. By simply replacing kitchen doors and worktops they give customers the look of a brand-new kitchen for a fraction of the price. This business model has proven to be incredibly lucrative, with network sales close to £40Million. Dream Doors has reached many significant milestones this year too, including completing its 60,000th kitchen makeover and reaching almost 80 local showrooms nationwide.

With the addition of extensive training days for new franchisees and a broad range of support from their Head Office team, it seems like there’s no better time to start a Dream Doors franchise. This is especially relevant considering the franchise fee will be rising from £25,000 to £29,950 from January 1st, 2018.

The 10 franchisees in question were all interviewed and vetted, ensuring they fitted the Dream Doors mould. The new showrooms are based in: South West London, Warwick, Maidstone, Gloucester, South East London, Nottingham, Bath, Dartford, Liverpool and Harrow.

Anyone interested in becoming a franchisee with the company should keep their eyes peeled for any regional Discovery Days (dates to be announced soon), or get in contact through the contact form here!
