MANBIR REAPS REWARDS OF FINDING A FRESH CHALLENGE

FORMER sales manager Manbir Takhar was looking for a new work opportunity when he joined the UK’s #1 kitchen makeover company.

Since 2015, Manbir has been running Dream Doors Reading and Wokingham after previously working for a cash machine services firm.

Manbir said: “I wanted a fresh challenge and franchising was something I had already looked into.

“I looked at lots of options, but Dream Doors was the one that really stood out.”

Manbir met the senior management of Dream Doors at a franchise exhibition in Birmingham and was impressed with the opportunity on offer.

After going through Dream Doors’ award-winning training programme Manbir was ready to open his showroom and start going out to make sales.

“You learn a lot on the job, but the training gives you the foundation and the confidence you need,” Manbir said.

“It’s also great that Dream Doors’ Business Development Managers come out on your first few appointments, helping generate revenue from the outset.

“When you start going out on your own, you’re not fully confident, but Dream Doors has a great support network in place.”

Manbir added: “Franchising takes a lot of effort. But, if you’re willing to put the work in, then franchising is the way to go. It was the right opportunity for me and I’m so glad I’m no longer working for someone else.”

Dream Doors is looking for more talented franchisees like Manbir who are ready to generate huge profits by representing an industry-leading brand.

Lots of Dream Doors’ franchisees earn more than £100,000 a year, while several top £150,000.
