NEW ANIMATION HELPING TO INCREASE SALES FOR DREAM DOORS FRANCHISEES
A NEW online animation is proving a hit with customers visiting Dream Doors’ website and increasing sales for the company’s 96 showrooms.
The UK’s #1 kitchen makeover company has rolled out several upgrades to its consumer website this year, including the new animation which shows how Dream Doors refaces kitchens and replaces appliances.
Franchisees say the improvements have been well received by customers, with one experienced salesman saying the animation has helped him close several sales.
Kelvin Fradley, who last year sold over £1million-worth of kitchens as part of the Dream Doors Stoke team, said: “The new video showing the makeover process is really good.
“I believe the new animation helped me to close four sales, with another one signing up next week as well.
“I now play the video to every customer I visit, to show them how Dream Doors’ service works and what to expect.“So far – it’s early days I know - but the customers love it and it really does help to put the customer’s mind at ease and I believe helps close the sale.
“So, a big thank you from me to everyone involved in the changes.
“Keep up the good work as it does make a difference.”
Dream Doors managing director Ed Brewer said: “We’re very attuned to meeting our customers’ ever-changing needs and helping showrooms deliver what is expected from them.
“The new animation, alongside other recent improvements to our website, shows we’re always looking to innovate and use available technologies to help our network deliver the best service possible to their customers.”
Dream Doors is looking for more talented franchisees like who are ready to represent an industry-leading brand.
There are just 19 new franchise territories available nationwide, particularly in the North East, North West, Yorkshire and Scotland.
