Walfinch Set for Social Care Leadership Awards: Vote Now!

Walfinch home care's commitment to developing quality leadership is paying off, with a strong showing in the Social Care Leadership Awards – and your vote can help Walfinch succeed.
 
Amrit Dhaliwal, Chief Executive of Walfinch, has already been named as one of the Social Care Top 30, 2024, which recognises influential leaders in social care and is run by Care Talk magazine. Amrit is the founder and driving force behind fast-expanding home care provider Walfinch, which aims to become the UK’s leading quality care provider.  Started in 2019, it now has offices across the country.

Other carers, staff and franchisees at Walfinch have also been nominated for the Social Care Leadership Awards.
 
Amanda Keeler, Walfinch Quality and Compliance Manager, has been nominated for the Quality Assurance Leader Award; Freya Massingham, Care Manager at Walfinch Harrow and Brent, for the Young Leader in Social Care Award; and  Shilpi Verma, franchisee Managing Director at Walfinch Harrow and Brent has been nominated for the Executive Home Care Leader (Franchise) Award.
 
Amrit Dhaliwal has also been nominated for the Executive Home Care Leader, Work Force Development Leader and Entrepreneurial Leader of the Year awards.

Leadership awards category winners will be chosen by a panel of independent judges, led by Prof. Martin Green, CEO of Care England. The category winners and the result of the vote for the Social Care Top 30 winners 2024 will be announced at a Gala Event on 15 October at the London Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square.
