Auntie Anne's Expands UK Presence with New Romford Store and second opening in Walthamstow
Auntie Anne’s UK & Ireland and Auntie Anne’s, the world-renowned pretzel brand, has opened their latest stores in The Liberty, Romford, and a second store in Walthamstow 17 & Central, bringing the number of UK stores to 38. An incredible 6 further openings are planned this year, and this is only the beginning of Auntie Anne’s extensive plans for the UK market
The new stores follow recent openings in Walthamstow (Hoe St) and Bexleyheath Broadway Shopping Centre. As part of a 10-year agreement with master franchisor Freshly Baked Ltd and GoTo Foods, Auntie Anne’s aims to open 100 new stores across the UK and Ireland, introducing Auntie Anne’s beloved handcrafted, freshly baked pretzels to even more customers.
In addition to these new openings, Auntie Anne’s recently announced the re-opening of its Watford location on June 15, 2024. The store is the first in the UK to feature Auntie Anne’s new international store design, providing customers with a bold new look. The Watford re-opening featured special appearances by the beloved mascot, Mr. Twisty, throughout the day.
The Brent Cross location has also undergone a significant remodel, reflecting the brand’s refreshed look and commitment to enhancing customer experience.
