Caremark franchisee Graham Precious has been awarded a whichfranchise Great British Franchisee Award for 2024.

Described as having the “perfect franchisee – franchisor relationship” by CEO David Glover, the Hull and East Riding franchisee was recognised by the judges for his exceptional delivery of high-quality care services for those in need within the diverse communities he serves.

Graham joined Caremark in 2010 having been a franchisee with leading disaster restoration franchise Rainbow International. He quickly adapted to the strong Caremark model and has gone on to build a successful multi-unit business.

The judges were not only impressed that Graham has expanded into multiple territories, but that he has broadened the range of services they offer to include children’s services, nurse-led complex care, care for adults, extra care housing and independent supported living.

He is also an active member of the local community and does amazing charity work for AGE UK, Alzheimer's UK and local Hull charity ‘P.A.U.L. For Brain Injury’.

Graham’s application really reflects why his business is in the top 1.5% of all Caremark offices across the UK and Ireland.

“We are delighted that Graham has been awarded a Great British Franchisee Award 2024 for his delivery of high quality care services to the local communities in which he serves,” commented CEO David Glover.

“Graham is an extremely valued member of our network.  He is engaged, generates ideas, provides feedback on strategy, helps the network generously and has open and honest communication with myself.  My business and personal relationship with Graham is exceptional!"

As well as being highly thought of by his franchisor, Graham leads a team of over 260 members of staff who describe the business like being part of a family.  He has worked hard to build a culture where staff are rewarded and nurtured and one that everyone is delighted to be part of.

Graham commented, “This award is unbelievably fantastic and completely unexpected! But, this award is not just for or about me; it is about all of my team and care staff who work tirelessly to care for those in our communities who need it most. So I dedicate this award to them and feel incredibly humbled to be able to do so.”
