GreenThumb enhances customer experience with new loyalty programme

GreenThumb, the UK’s largest lawn care service, continues to enhance the customer experience for over 300,000 customers on their first-of-its-kind customer loyalty programme, LawnLove Rewards. The new initiative has been designed as a token of appreciation for the brand’s loyal customers by bringing them exclusive access to over 300 deals and offers from leading retail, fashion, travel, entertainment and hospitality brands.

Available to GreenThumb customers, LawnLove Rewards is accessed through My.GreenThumb, the customer portal which went live in May. Designed to enrich customer engagement, the new platform provides a seamless and improved end-to-end customer experience, where customers are able to manage their GreenThumb account 24/7, including booking treatments, scheduling visits, paying invoices and retrieving rewards. Another new feature is the ‘referral’ reward for customers who recommend GreenThumb to family and friends with both receiving £10 as a ‘thank you’ to spend on the platform.

LawnLove Rewards is already proving to be a huge success with GreenThumb’s customers, with over eleven per cent of active users having claimed rewards, within just a month of the platform going live. With its wide range of discounts and savings available to suit everyone, the programme will also enable the franchise partners to strengthen their relationships with their customers and drive growth for their businesses. 

Exclusive to GreenThumb customers, LawnLove Rewards is available to the clientele in each of their 220+ locations. One franchise partner who has experienced the rewards and a referral win is Adrian Harkin of GreenThumb Notts North.
