Homecare franchise Right at Home UK Wins top prize at the 2024 BFA HSBC UK British Franchise Awards
Homecare franchise Right at Home UK has been crowned the Franchisor of the Year (Established) at the 2024 BFA HSBC British Franchise Awards.
This year’s BFA HSBC UK British Franchise Awards, the ‘Oscars’ of the franchising world, were held at a glittering black-tie event at the Telford International Centre, in Shropshire.
With their tag line of ‘Discover Your Tomorrow’, the BFA is widely recognised as the UK’s self-regulatory body for franchising. The results of their latest national survey in October revealed that the sector contributes £19.1 billion to the UK economy and has a failure rate of just 0.5%. They also saw a 53% growth in the ‘Personal Services’ sector which includes brands such as Right at Home UK.
Right at Home UK, founded in 2010 and franchised in 2011, is a homecare franchise offering premium, personalised, quality care and companionship services to adults in the comfort of their own homes. They currently have 68 franchise owners covering 83 territories.
On winning the ultimate award in franchising, Right at Home UK CEO Lucy Campbell said: “To achieve this highly esteemed award is an absolute honour, and a testament to the incredible focus on quality shared by everyone across our network.
