The Drain Guys launches new management model
The Drain Guys, providers of emergency drain clearance services to domestic and commercial customers, has introduced a new management model.
Instead of undertaking the drainage work themselves, franchisees will recruit a team of drainage engineers to carry out the work for them. This allows the franchisee to work on managing and developing their business.
“We are excited with the direction that the business is going in,” commented Gavin Dimmock, Franchisor of The Drain Guys.
“After talking to a lot of prospective franchisees, we realised there was a desire to own a drainage business from those looking at management opportunities, and who had no prior drainage experience.”
“We have the perfect model for this as we have extensive experience in running a multi-van business and so our franchisees are now be able to do this from day one.”
