Former franchisees join ChipsAway Senior Management Team
Leading franchisor ChipsAway International has strengthened its senior management team with the appointment of two former franchisees.
David Anthony operated a highly successful ChipsAway CarCare Centre for five years, before taking on the role of Franchise Support Manager for the company in 2004, while Martin Smith built his ChipsAway business into a three-vehicle franchise over a twelve year period, employing a team of three staff and turning over in excess of £250,000.
Now Martin Smith takes up the role of Franchise Director and David Anthony has been promoted to Operations Director. David will continue to manage technical training and operational support, as well as being responsible for new product research & development; Martin will provide enhanced business development and commercial support for franchisees.
According to ChipsAway Chief Executive Lloyd Evans, both are already familiar faces throughout the network, with many franchisees having benefited from their extensive experience and expertise over the years.
