Martin & Co franchise owner paints the town blue with local developer
Having just completed their first year of trading The Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill office of Martin & Co have another reason to celebrate having let 5 apartments in the same block, with the sixth and final one was sold. The first tenant moved in just before Christmas and the last early in February.
The AshmeadHeights development was built by local builder David Chewter, who owns Firbank Homes and Tutor Property Rentals. Built to a high quality specification these 1 and 2 bedroom apartments have attracted rents from £850.
David has always used an agent to rent his properties and was so impressed with husband and wife team Bob & Sandra Reeves he has instructed them on more properties (having worked with another agent previously for a number of years).
The success does not end at the mid Sussex border as the Martin & Co office in Croydon has also rented one of David’s properties.
