Dream Doors franchise celebrates success at National Training Awards
The National Training Awards are designed to celebrate organisations and individuals that demonstrate outstanding business and personal success through investment in training. Recognised as the most prestigious training awards in the UK, The National Training Awards are now in their 21st year and have been restyled for 2008 to more fully reflect the needs of today´s economy and society, and to provide equal opportunity for all organisations and individuals across every sector.
The National Training Awards are run by UK Skills on behalf of the Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills.
The judging was very rigorous and in-depth – 2 judging panels and a 5-6 hour onsite interview at Head Office! Last night we were announced as the ‘2008 South East Training Award Medium Employer Winner’. It is a fantastic achievement and clearly recognises the quality and depth of the training we offer to our franchisees. It highlights the importance Dream Doors franchise places on training franchisees and the benefits we are receive from it. Dream Doors franchise training programme is an award winning programme we are very proud of and will continue to strive for excellence. Obviously meeting Colin Jackson was an added bonus last night!
