Signs Express keeps up with latest trends with training day

Signs Express (Peterborough) brings in training specialist James Deacon from Walsall College to teach staff from the franchise network the latest vehicle wrapping techniques.

As advancements in technology and latest wrapping styles continue to improve, signs and graphics company Signs Express (Peterborough) has invested in training from the Roland Sign Making Academy for its staff and four other members of the Signs Express network.

Taking place last week with the help of a vehicle donation from local van centre Cooks, the wrapping training showed the complex methods involved in the process including moulding vinyl into 3D corrugations and curves in panels on vans.

Signs Express business owner Anne Hitch commented on the session: “It’s important to keep up with the latest developments in the signs and graphics industry to ensure that our staff are at the top of their game. We believe strongly in continuous improvement and therefore conduct numerous training days over the course of the year to help enhance staff experience and our own position in the market.”

Vehicle wrapping is a process which requires much skill and expertise to create a flawless finish by applying vinyl to the exact contours or a vehicle, giving the appearance and finish of paintwork. With capabilities to fit with any size or shape vehicles, vehicle graphics are an ideal way to build brand awareness and advertise latest promotions.
