Martin & Co franchise attend National Franchise Exhibition
Martin & Co, the UK’s no1 letting agent and award winning franchise, are exhibiting at The National Franchise Exhibition at the NEC in Birmingham on the 2nd and 3rd of October. Martin & Co we recently recognised as the Franchisor of the Year (The Negotiator Awards 2008) as well as Best Large Lettings Chain (2009) and have also been nominated for Best Large Lettings Chain 2009 (The Negotiator).
Martin & Co are opening offices in record numbers, and their existing offices’ revenue is on target to have increased by 30% by the end of 2009. Whilst the sales market remains in the doldrums, the lettings market is buoyant.
