Choice Hotels Europe expands UK team to provide further support to franchisees
Choice Hotels Europe™, part of Choice Hotels International®, the group behind the Comfort™, Quality™, Clarion® and Sleep Inn™ brands, has further expanded its London-based team in order to grow its UK business and provide additional support to the franchisees who operate hotels under licence Choice-branded properties in the UK.
Ronnie Orr joins as Operations Manager with responsibility for supporting all UK-based Choice-branded properties in areas such as business planning, quality assurance, property improvements and enhancements that ensure a strong guest experience.
Mr Orr has worked within the hotel industry for over 25 years and has held a number of operations and management roles, most recently he was Folio Hotels’ Regional Operations Director North responsible for Northern England and Scotland. Previous to this he was Northern Regional Manager for the Corus Hotel Group. He has also worked for Embassy Hotels, Thistle Hotels and Macdonald Hotels.

Mr Orr’s appointment is in line with Choice Hotels Europe’s growth strategy of further developing relationships with its UK-based franchisees.
