Come and meet Martin & Co franchise
You will find the UK’s number one letting agent, Martin & Co exhibiting at The Scottish Landlord Exhibition on Tuesday 8th November at Dynamic Earth in Edinburgh. Martin & Co will be exhibiting on stand 31 and 32. It is the largest annual gathering of landlords in Scotland. The event runs from 9.30am – 4.30pm.
The exhibition offers a great program of high profile speakers and experts in residential letting as well as 38 exhibition stands of goods and services. The exhibition is attended by a wide variety of individual landlords, letting agents and local authorities from all over Scotland. This year the event will also be celebrating a decade of success for the Scottish Association of Landlords.
Martin & Co is a well established brand throughout the UK with 14 offices trading in Scotland including Aberdeen, Airdrie, Ayr, Dundee, Dunfermline, Edinburgh City, Fife, Glasgow North, Glasgow Shawlands, Hamilton, Kirkcaldy, Livingston & Falkirk, Paisley and Stirling.
The exhibition will give landlords a chance to talk to a number of the Martin & Co offices and gain valuable advice on the local rental market, up to date information on legislation including the latest on the tenancy deposit protection scheme and guidance on the rental processes involved when letting your property out.
Not only will visitors to the exhibition receive expert advice from our well-trained staff they also had the chance to win £100 cash prize. The Martin & Co team will be releasing a number of helium balloons from a Martin & Co branded car. Attached to each balloon will be a label directing the finder to call Martin & Co and register the post code location of where they found it. A winner will be announced from those that have called in; the balloon which is found farthest away will win the £100 cash prize
