Revive! franchise makes Pop Video Debut

The paintwork enhancing skills of Revive trainer Iain Wallis were called upon by the producers of Pop star Charlie Simpson’s latest video.

Charlie Simpson shot to fame as part of the boy band Busted, and is now part of the group Fightstar. The video to Simpson’s new hit track Cemetery sees BTCC racing driver James Nash drive a classic Chrysler Valiant Charger through deserted streets to a spectacular crash through a fruit stand, and Iain’s task was to restore the Chrysler to shiny showroom standard for the shoot.

Said Iain: “In addition to carrying out ordinary repairs to paintwork and alloy wheel scuffs and scrapes we also have a brilliant paint correction technique to enhance tired paintwork.

The promoter of James Nash also works with Revive! so when the video production company decided that the classic car needed to look brighter he knew exactly where to come. I had a great day on the film set meeting Charlie and James Nash and a Revive! van also made it into the video – the shot is just milliseconds long but it’s there if you look hard enough!”

Revive! is the country’s leading specialist in removing scuffs and scrapes from vehicle paintwork and allow wheels and has one of the largest networks of mobile repairers in the UK. It is the preferred supplier of SMART repairs to major car dealerships and fleet operators. Customers include Alfa Romeo Fiat, Lex Autolease and Mercedes.
