Get Revive bodywork repairs and help a good cause
Vehicle bodywork paint repair specialist, Revive! Manchester, is hoping to raise money for The Children’s Adventure Farm Trust (CAFT) at a forthcoming fundraising and promotional weekend.
Earlier this year Revive! Manchester gave the CAFT minibus a facelift to restore its paintwork like new. Owner David Baxendale was so impressed by the charity which provides a range of activities for terminally ill, disabled and disadvantaged children in the North West that he decided to get involved in fundraising.
On Saturday October 27 from 9am to 5pm David and his team will be promoting the mobile bodyshop service provided by Revive! Manchester at the Sainsbury’s Superstore in Lloyd Street, Altrincham. The company specialises in repairing scuffs and scrapes to vehicle paintwork and alloy wheels using the same top quality paints and equipment that a bodyshop would use but without the hassle of having to take the car to the garage. The company has pledged to give £5 of its takings from each repair booked during the promotion.
Business owner, David Baxendale, said: “CAFT provides an invaluable respite service for families in the North West and I am impressed by the work they do. We really enjoyed meeting the staff and some of the children when we went to the farm to repair their minibus and I hope that we get loads of bookings from the Sainsbury promotion so we can raise as much cash as possible for CAFT.”
Paul Farrington, Chief Executive at the Adventure Farm comments: “We are delighted that Revive! has again decided to support our charity, it means so much to us when local companies put so much effort into fundraising for us.
“The money raised by Revive” will help us to provide Christmas Parties to terminally ill, disabled and disadvantaged children in 2012. We need to raise in excess of £19,000 this year to make this magic possible, the support of Revive! will make a huge difference. We really can’t thank them enough.”
Revive!’s customers include car dealerships, manufacturers and private motorists. Smart repair is a quality, cost effective and time-saving alternative to taking the vehicle to a bodyshop for minor paintwork repairs. Costing far less than most insurance policy excesses, the work is fully guaranteed and carried out at a time and place to suit the customer, minimising vehicle downtime and protecting the owner’s no claims bonus.
