Always Best Care supporting franchisees with care

Always Best Care (ABC) not only takes great pride in providing high quality service and care to their clients and their families but also to their franchisees.

We recently spoke with Always Best Care’s CEO Michael Newman on why support is so important to franchisees:

“To me, franchising combines the best of many worlds – it provides an opportunity for someone to build a business based on an established model, to avoid many of the pitfalls of launching a new business, and to have the support and guidance of an experienced, professional team as they pursue their dream of entrepreneurial independence,” explains Michael.

ABC has been operating in the USA since 1996 and launched its first franchise in 2008. They have been the fastest-growing senior care franchise system in the USA over the last two years. There are now over 180 franchise territories across the USA and Canada, with its major success being attributed to two key factors; a recession-resistant senior care market and an exceptionally-high standard of care across their three revenue streams. So, we also asked Michael about the support system he put in place, which enabled the strong growth of the ABC franchise.

“We provide an opportunity for someone to be in business for themselves – but not by themselves. An Always Best Care franchisee is never alone – he or she has a combination of both national and local support, ensuring accessibility and personal service, to help them build their business.”

“Our state-of-the-art technology platform and franchise management system provides a base of information and assistance unmatched in the industry. Our local master franchisees and area representatives provide local ongoing business coaching, mentoring and development. We have award-winning marketing programmes that help build the Always Best Care brand and differentiate our franchisees from their competitors,” Michael continues.

ABC is the only franchise offering non-medical home care, assisted living placement services and skilled domiciliary care. Their clients trust them because ABC ensures that they receive the right level of service at the right time. They are now in the process of recruiting regional master franchisors in the UK with extensive business experience and dedication. The master franchisors will be responsible for managing and mentoring a franchise network of hands-on professionals.
