Bell takes over at Driver Hire franchise in Derby
Jon Bell is the new man at the helm of Driver Hire Derby, the leading specialist transport and logistics recruiter. Jon has a rich and varied CV, making him a perfect candidate to take over this Driver Hire franchise.
He's gained experience in road transport and logistics, firstly at DPD (formerly Parceline). Then, over the past ten years, whilst working for a high street bank as a Corporate Relationship Manager specialising in the transport and logistics industry. He's also had sales and finance experience as a Business Manager at a Vauxhall main dealer. “I'd been considering a Driver Hire franchise for a while,” says Jon. “When Derby became available, an area I know well, I decided the time was right.”
Jon has moved to new premises at the Genesis Business Centre in Alfreton. He’s also recruited Adam Kemp, who previously worked alongside him at the same high street bank.
“One thing that hasn’t changed is Driver Hire’s excellent reputation, built up over 30 years, for service and reliability,” says Jon. “We’ll continue to source and supply the quality drivers customers need to make their business work; from chauffeurs to HGV, delivery van to fork lift. We can help with warehouse and logistics support staff too. I'm looking forward to assisting businesses in Derby with all their recruitment needs.”
