First clients for brand new Caremark franchise provider in North Hertfordshire

New home care provider, Caremark (North Herts & Stevenage) have acquired their first clients, soon after their successful registration with the Care Quality Commission.

The new business, headed up by MD Colin Evans, are now delivering services to two new clients, one providing companionship services 5 times a week for three hours in the afternoon and the second providing an hour of personal care each morning, 5 days a week.

Commenting on this fast start, Colin Evans said “I have found it very exciting that our service has been taken up so quickly and it is good to see people in the community already benefiting from our care and support.”

Colin Evans and his team have moved quickly to get going, with Colin only joining Caremark in January, successfully completing his initial franchisee training in February and achieving his registration with the CQC in May.

“I am really delighted to have our first clients. We have worked hard to get registered and launch the business and I have to add that our quick start is also down to the professionalism of my Care Manager, Claire Evans” he concluded.

Operating from their offices in Letchworth, Caremark (North Herts & Stevenage) are looking forward to building their business, delivering bespoke care and support services to people in their local community. Primarily focusing on caring for older people, they hope to be able to diversify into more specialist areas of care as the business grows.
