Martin & Co franchise adds to its head office talent pool
Martin & Co UK Ltd is delighted to welcome eight new staff members to its Bournemouth head office. With additions in operations, recruitment, marketing, digital, web development and the finance team, Martin & Co can demonstrate strength across the board. With 187 offices across the UK, and over 50 new staff recruited across its network to handle growth this year alone, Martin & Co is a business on the move.
Ian Wilson, Managing Director of Martin & Co UK comments; “Not that long ago it would have been Martin who? But these days we regularly get approached by the brightest and best talent in the letting industry. When other property businesses are cutting back we continue to run national training programmes and invest in our website and cutting edge digital solutions.
To give you just one example we will have ripped out software from 150 of our offices by the end of this year and replaced it with “cloud” based Jupix software. To accomplish this we created our own Jupix installation team. The great comfort of belonging to a franchise is that the local business owner has the security of knowing they can call on national class expertise just when they need it”.
David Raggett, BA ACA, Financial Director who is ex-Porsche cars and Operations Director, Tim Cannock BSc MARLA brings extensive experience from within the sector including time at a senior level at Countrywide residential Lettings. David Moore, ACMA, financial accountant adds management accounting talent to the finance Department whilst Martin Henwood, Head of Digital and recently returned to the UK from various digital assignments in Singapore adds his specialist knowledge to the web development team. Other recruits include Copywriter Hannah Stevens BA, Emily West, Recruitment Administrator and Kieran Howard, Web Developer.
Faye Gliddon, Head of Recruitment at Head Office further adds: “This is the greatest recruitment drive we have seen in over three years, and we still have seven months to go! It really shows how many people want to further their career at Martin & Co”.
