New faces at Driver Hire Leeds West office
Paul and Julie Brearey have purchased Driver Hire’s Leeds West office. What’s more the specialist transport and logistics recruiter has moved to new premises at the Brooklands Court Business Centre on Dewsbury Road. “Whilst our new home is close to Leeds centre, we’ll still be covering postcodes across the south and west of the city, ” says Paul Brearey.
Paul’s no stranger to running his own business. Before buying his Driver Hire franchise, he was an independent finance broker, helping local and national businesses source asset finance. “I liked the idea of franchising,” says Paul. “When this opportunity came along in my home city, it was too good to miss. Driver Hire is a good fit with my skills. The move to Dewsbury Road makes sense, as a lot of our existing business is located there.”
Joint franchisee, Julie, was formerly a member of the teacher training team at Leeds City College. Since going freelance, she’s delivering bespoke and accredited courses to a wide range of businesses and organisations. She’ll now be using her expertise to run the office’s Driver CPC training courses. “With Driver CPC’s September 2014 deadline drawing ever closer, I’m expecting to be kept very busy,” says Julie.
Andy Thorp will continue to be a key contact, sourcing and supplying the quality drivers clients need to make their business work. Andy needs no introduction to existing Driver Hire customers. He’s been an essential member of the Driver Hire Leeds West team for the past ten years.
“Whatever your business, and no matter what time of the day or night, we’re ready to meet staffing needs,” says Paul. “We’re looking forward to working with customers old and new and assisting businesses with all their recruitment needs.”
