After my initial training, I found that the support from OPC continued in the form of phone support from Support Office and regular visits from Dawn, my Regional Business Development Manager.
My franchise area has a mixture of rural and suburban stores including a coastal resort. It also encompasses the busy town of Norwich stretching down to the market town of Thetford.
The area is currently undergoing a massive property boom so the potential for new stores is high and existing stores will benefit greatly from these new housing developments.
The territory benefits from a solid National account clientele which I have focussed on building and maintaining but there is still plenty of potential to maximise the profitability of this area.”
