An Australian national, Brett joined Domino's Pizza as Franchise Consultant in 2005 after moving to the UK. Prior to joining Domino's he was a franchisee at Pizza Haven in Australia having spent ten years with the organisation in various other roles including multi-unit manager and head of training. This experience has given Brett hands on knowledge of franchise operations and practice in the successful development of competency-based training.

As National Training and Development Manager, Brett will oversee all aspects of the company's training programmes which are provided for Domino's franchisees, managers and in-store team members. Domino's sees training as a priority in its drive to strengthen market leadership through consistently improving standards of customer service.
