With a rapidly increasing network of franchisees, Agency Express has experienced outstanding growth over the last few years - and the company's latest customer satisfaction survey gives a clear insight into the reasons why.

The only nationwide "For Sale" board contractor, Agency Express recently surveyed its 3,400 estate agency customers across the UK. The customers who responded were almost unanimous in their satisfaction of the service they receive. A massive 96% thought that Agency Express provided either a better, or much better, service than any other board contractor they had experience of using. What's more, 96.7% said that they would happily recommend the services of Agency Express to other estate agents.

A perfect 100%

Estate agents were also asked to rate particular areas of the service, such as the time it takes to act on instructions and the quality of workmanship. Out of the 90 Agency Express franchisee centres around the UK, an impressive 17 scored a perfect 100%, with all other centres rated over 95%.
