Great Feedback...
After 30 years of doing what we do, it’s still great when we receive complimentary feedback from people who come to one of our Discovery Days or from franchisees.
This is feedback from a franchise prospect who attended our Discovery Day in May.
“Thought I would drop you a line to thank you and the team on the delivery of the discovery day on Wednesday. My 9 out of 10 score, said it all I think. I really liked the fact I got to say hi and listen to the whole team at Harrogate, delivering a well-balanced day, covering all the key points. One thing stood out was the team ethos and effort in the recruitment process, making it clear on expectation from both sides.
The interaction with your team and others taking part worked very well and I felt a sense of ease following the day that I could contact any of the team for further discussions or information.”
