Marla Blinds hires top Business Development consultant
Marla Blinds is introducing additional support into our franchise network in order for franchisees to develop and grow their business into a multi vehicle management business.
A key aspect of being part of a franchise network is the support available and whilst franchisees have the support of the team at Head Office for the day to day running of their business, support is also required to help with the planning and vision for them to grow their business into a valuable asset for their future.
In order for our franchisees to achieve this, we are delighted to announce we have now engaged the services of Amanda Crewe who is one of the industry’s top Consultants in Business Development. With over 30 years Business Development, Sales, Operational and Management experience, Amanda will be working closely with Franchisees to support them with their Business Development.
Amanda will create a bespoke business development plan for each individual franchisee which will reflect the goals of both the franchisee and franchisor. The goals can include such things as turnover required, profitability, type of business required, number of vehicles to achieve, taking on neighbouring areas and many other goals that are all designed to enable growth of the business.
The goals and progress of the business will be reviewed with the Franchisee on a monthly basis to ensure the goals are being met, the business is where it needs to be to move forward and the franchisees vision and aspirations are going to be achieved.
In addition to the monthly business development reviews, Amanda will also facilitate various training sessions as the business requires plus franchisee network meetings to allow franchisees to discuss what has worked for them, what has not worked quite so well and share best practice for the benefit of all.
