Gravity sign new Luton franchisee in prime city centre location
The UK's number one active entertainment brand, Gravity is set to launch an exclusive family-focussed site in the heart of Luton.
The Galaxy, Luton, will be the new home of the latest Gravity Franchise. At 30,000sqft the new attraction will feature wall to wall trampolines, ninja run, wipe out, soft-play, party rooms, next-generation light and sound system, plus a café with mouth-watering waffles from Wafflemeister.
New franchisee Justin Okoli completed the deal after 12months of COVID disruptions. “We’ve been working to get this project across the line for some time due to the COVID situation, but I’m really pleased to formally announce the project is finally starting.
I’m a Luton resident and love the city and the people. The location of this unit is fantastic, and it will be a real draw for the community. I can’t wait to open the doors in the Summer,” comments Justin
Launching in Q3 2021, the project comes after months of planning and preparation through the current pandemic. It will provide families with a safe and COVID compliant environment to have some much-needed family time.
Gravity Co-Owner Michael Harrison comments: "We're really excited to be launching this site in such a fantastic location. The Galaxy is in the heart of the city centre with excellent transport links and natural footfall. This is one of many projects we have planned to rejuvenate the high street and bring people back after an exceptionally tough year. Gravity Active Entertainment specialises in delivering hour-long trampoline sessions, fitness classes, parent and toddler events, SEN sessions and birthday parties. The site will also provide school, corporate and community outreach programmes. Gravity's first site in Luton will create over 30 local jobs for the area.
