Family Man Returns to Ringwood to Join Meyers Estate Agents
Family man, Dan Godwin, has returned to work in his hometown of Ringwood, now joining Meyers Estate Agents covering Ringwood and Verwood as a partner and director. Dan will bring his skills and expertise, gained during a decade of agency experience with the likes of Hearnes and Austin & Wyatt (Countrywide), forward for the benefit of home buyers and sellers in the region.
Dan Godwin explains: “The estate agency world is moving forward with the advancement in technology and remote working. Meyers led this revolution long before the Pandemic, offering clients options such as 3D video Matterport tours and drone footage of properties. Meyers also has a clear focus on excellent 1-2-1 customer service which is always at the forefront of my mind, and so when the opportunity to join the company came about, I jumped at the chance!
“I’ve been working in Bournemouth for the past year so returning to my hometown of Ringwood to help develop and support the Meyers brand in Ringwood and Verwood further, is really exciting for me. Dan spent 11 years working for Hearnes and brings with him great experience of the local market due to his 10 years in the Ringwood office as a sales manager and then branch manager. It was here where he was named top sales negotiator across the whole company in 2016. Dan also spent two years at Austin & Wyatt Ringwood (Countrywide) and previously worked in the building trade as a carpenter. The skills he acquired, he describes as: “very useful when discussing a property’s potential with buyers and also with valuations when clients look for advice on extending or home improvements to maximise capital growth.”
Dan Godwin continues: “Becoming self-employed and running a business of my own is a big leap but one I’m ready to take. I’m available 24/7 to talk to home buyers and sellers and am looking forward to helping people move on with their lives within Ringwood and Verwood, making the whole experience as swift, smooth and positive as possible.”
