POINTS MEAN PRIZES AS CHOPSTIX LAUNCHES BRAND NEW APP
The UK’s leading Pan-Asian QSR brand Chopstix Noodle Bar has increased its digital offering, announcing the launch of the brand new Chopstix app this month.
Created with app development company Pepper, the Chopstix app is available for download on the Google Play store and Apple App store. The app rewards users with a competitive loyalty scheme - with every purchase at Chopstix Noodle Bar locations earning 10% back in Chopstix Points to use on future visits, and keeps consumers up-to-date on new menu items, store openings and the latest offers. To celebrate the launch, new users of the app will also be able to grab 5 free Vegetable Spring Rolls.
Established in Camden Market in 2002 by entrepreneurs Sam Elia and Menashe Sadik, Chopstix celebrates its 20th anniversary this year. The Chopsitx group, which also comprises of 11 Yangtze restaurant sites, operates 70 Chopstix Noodle Bars across the UK and Ireland, with 26 franchise sites run through partnerships with the likes of Welcome Break and Applegreen.

The Chopstix app is the latest development in a busy year of growth for the fast-growing group, having already announced the appointment of the company’s first Franchise Director and a new partnership with leading UK holiday operator, Haven. In 2022 Chopstix plan to open at least 12 new stores, through a mix of directly owned and operated stores (equity stores), and also in concert with partners, building on its successful and established franchise operation.
In addition, the business also has relationships with delivery partners Deliveroo, Just Eat and Uber Eats, as well as several brand extensions including a grocery sauce range, plus further innovations in the pipeline.
