Revive!'s Values Recognised in National and International Franchise Awards
Gold winner at the 2022 bfa HSBC Awards, Revive! Auto Innovations, has been named a finalist in the Leadership and Culture category for this year’s British Franchise Awards. As a previous Gold winner, The UK’s leading smart repair network has also been put forward by the British Franchise Association for the 2023 European Franchise Awards later this month.
From day one, the founders of Revive! Mark Llewellyn and Terry Mullen have led by example, growing the franchise on their deeply held core values of integrity, outstanding customer service, unity and technical excellence.
Winning awards year after year, the franchise has gone from strength to strength since it was established in 1994, attracting the highest calibre of new franchisees to join its nation-wide network.
Commenting on the announcement, joint managing director Terry Mullen said: “We are delighted to be shortlisted again this year, after winning Gold in the 2022 awards. It is also an honour to be put forward by the bfa for the European Awards which will be presented in Brussels on 21 September.
“Our focus on leadership and culture right at the start of our journey has enabled us to support our franchise owners to grow strong and successful businesses of their own. One of our values is unity and across our head office team and our franchise owners, this value is evident every day.
“As we’ve grown, we’ve kept our values at the heart of everything we do and that has enabled our staff and our franchise owners to buy into the vision and join us on the journey!”
Pip Wilkins, chief executive of the bfa said: “We would like to offer our enormous congratulations to all this year’s finalists. We received a huge amount of entries, and it was wonderful to read of all the amazing work being done in the UK franchising sector. We applaud our finalists for their enthusiasm, dedication and tenacity and for continuing to uphold the highest standards of the association.”
UK head of franchise, commercial banking at sponsors HSBC Bank Gillian Morris added: “Shortlisting candidates for the HSBC bfa Awards is one of the toughest challenges of the year, once more the candidates were a very high standard, and it was very tough to shortlist just a few entries. I was really impressed at the diversity of entries across brands and sectors, which is a great testament of the strength and reach of the franchise industry. I am looking forward to meeting the finalists and wish them all luck!”
Winners will be announced at a gala black-tie event following the BFA’s annual conference on 9th November 2023.
