Richard Graves Appointed to the Revive! Board
Richard Graves, head of business at Revive! Auto Innovations joins the board of directors on his promotion to Director of Operations.
Richard joined Revive! earlier this year bringing with him extensive industry experience gained in senior posts at Cazoo, SMH, and GEFCO UK. The promotion recognises the contribution he has made to the UK’s leading SMART repair network.
Said Terry Mullen, Revive! Managing director operations and finance: “As our Platinum Investors in People (IIP) status suggests, our people are our greatest asset. We only recruit the best, and once people join our Revive! family we look out for and nurture talent, promoting from within. Richard may only have been here for less than a year but the effect he has had on the business is outstanding. It is a pleasure to welcome him onto our board.”
Added Mark Llewellyn, Revive! Managing director sales and marketing: “This year has been a phenomenal year for us here at Revive! We posted our strongest ever month of revenue in October 2023, surpassing £2M network sales for the very first time and together we are planning for a very exciting future. I’m delighted Richard has chosen Revive! for the next stage of his highly successful career and echo Terry’s welcome onto our board.”
In a career spanning over 30 years in the automotive industry, Richard’s last post was site operations manager for Cazoo. Before that he was general manager at SMH Fleet Solutions Limited after rising through the ranks at GEFCO UK Ltd to become regional general manager (South West).
Commenting on his promotion at Revive! he said: “This is a significant milestone in my professional journey – I’m thrilled to have the honour of being promoted to operations director joining the esteemed board at Revive!
