Chitrng Shah has purchased the practice at 44b Hackford Road in Basingstoke from Steve Rayner.

After 17 years at the helm of TaxAssist Accountants Basingstoke, Steve Rayner is retiring, having sold his practice to new franchisee Chitrng Shah.

Steve said: “I’ve thoroughly enjoyed building my practice up from nothing to where it is today, servicing the needs of more than 450 clients. I’m so proud of what I’ve achieved in my local community in and round Basingstoke and my thanks go to my staff and the many great people I’ve met over the years.”

Chitrng has long held the ambition to run his own practice, utilising over 20 years’ experience in finance and business to support the businesses and individuals in the local area with their tax, accounting and advisory needs.

“I’d like to thank Steve for passing on such a well-run practice,” said Chitrng. “I’m looking forward to meeting with clients and explaining more about the range of services on offer through TaxAssist Accountants.”
