Two Brand-New UBX Gyms to Open in Kingston and Islington

The boutique fitness franchise UBX continues to expand its footprint with two new franchised locations set to open in Kingston and Islington.

Both locations are being opened by existing business owners who have expanded their business portfolios to launch a business in the health and fitness sector through UBX.

Located in a newly developed scheme on City Road, UBX Islington is set to open in November, led by husband-and-wife team, Simon and Michelle. Expressing their excitement as the fit-out progresses, Simon shared:

"We are super excited for our UBX Islington adventure to begin. It has taken some time for the scheme at City Road to be built and completed. The complex is amazing and a perfect fit for the UBX offering."

Simon and Michelle have successfully operated a franchise in the childcare sector since 2015 and decided to branch out into the fitness space with UBX. Simon explains their choice:

"We wanted to find a business model with something different, something exciting, something new and UBX ticked all the boxes.

"The brand has been well received across the UK & Ireland and we are pleased to bring it to Islington."

From Blueprint to Boutique Fitness Gym

UBX Kingston is scheduled to open its doors in October. The Kingston franchisee, an established entrepreneur in the construction and property maintenance sector, saw UBX as the ideal opportunity to broaden his business interests into the growing fitness industry.
